Hollywoodbets Voucher Withdrawal: Rules, Limits & What to Do When It Goes Wrong
Yes, you can withdraw from Hollywoodbets to a 1Voucher, OTT Voucher or Blu Voucher. The terms Hollywoodbets publishes set the same limits for all three: R50 minimum, R1,000 maximum per withdrawal and R25,000 a month. The payout comes as an SMS with a voucher amount and PIN, sent to the cell number on your account, normally within 24 hours.

Source: Hollywoodbets' own 1Voucher, OTT Voucher and Blu Voucher terms, read on 14 October 2026 from a South African connection. We have not made a voucher withdrawal ourselves, so what the withdrawal screen looks like is not covered here.
Voucher payouts exist, but only in amounts from R50 to R1,000 per withdrawal, and only to your own registered cell number. For anything over R1,000 you need several withdrawals (up to R25,000 a month) or a bank withdrawal.
Hollywoodbets Voucher Withdrawal Rules
| Rule | 1Voucher, OTT Voucher and Blu Voucher |
|---|---|
| Minimum per withdrawal | R50 |
| Maximum per withdrawal | R1,000 |
| Monthly limit | R25,000 |
| How you receive it | SMS with the voucher amount and a voucher PIN, to the valid SA cell number linked to your account |
| Processing time | Within 24 hours of the request, subject to banking hours |
| Who can receive it | The account holder only, never a third party |
| Reversible? | No. Once paid, Hollywoodbets cannot reverse it |
| Voucher validity | Three years once purchased |
| FICA | Hollywoodbets may ask for FICA documents before paying any withdrawal |
The three sets of terms are identical apart from the voucher brand. Hollywoodbets also says it may reject a withdrawal if it notices irregular activity, and that it can cancel or change this payout method at any time without notice.
What "Cannot Be Exchanged for Cash" Means
Each set of terms starts with the same line: the voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. That is about the voucher you receive. Once the PIN reaches your phone, you use it at the partners of that voucher brand, and Hollywoodbets cannot turn it back into a balance for you. If you want the money back in your account later, you redeem the PIN yourself on a betting site, the same way as in our voucher deposit guide.
My Voucher Won't Load or Isn't Showing: What to Check
Hollywoodbets doesn't publish a troubleshooting list for vouchers, so this section separates what the terms say from general advice.
- The SMS is late. The terms say there is usually a five-minute gap between the SMSs, and that Hollywoodbets relies on the voucher provider's systems and accepts no liability for delays or outages. Wait, then check your SMS inbox again.
- The cell number is wrong or has changed. The payout goes only to the valid SA number linked to your account. A recent SIM swap or number change is a common reason an SMS doesn't arrive, so contact the helpline before requesting again.
- A "maintenance" message when you load a voucher. We couldn't find this message explained in Hollywoodbets' help pages. Because the terms say the voucher systems belong to the provider, it is most likely a temporary outage on that side, but that is our reading, not a published statement. Try again later or use another deposit method, and do not buy another voucher until the first one is sorted.
- Balance shows R0 after redeeming, or "already used". Check your balance and transaction history first, since a credit sometimes lands after the screen shows an error. If it still looks wrong, send the helpline your account cell number, the voucher brand, the amount, the time, and a photo of the slip with part of the PIN hidden.
- Where to get help. The withdrawals department is [email protected] or 087 353 7634. For bank deposits that haven't been credited, Hollywoodbets asks for the amount, the bank and your account number as the reference.
Never share a voucher PIN with anyone who contacts you offering to "fix" it, including accounts on WhatsApp, Telegram or social media that claim to be Hollywoodbets support. A voucher PIN is cash: anyone who has it can spend it. Use only the contact details above, taken from hollywoodbets.net.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I withdraw Hollywoodbets winnings to a 1Voucher, OTT or Blu voucher?
Yes. Hollywoodbets publishes withdrawal terms for all three: R50 minimum and R1,000 maximum per withdrawal, up to R25,000 a month, paid as an SMS with a voucher amount and PIN to the cell number on your account.
What is the minimum withdrawal to a voucher on Hollywoodbets?
R50 per withdrawal, the same for 1Voucher, OTT Voucher and Blu Voucher.
How long does a Hollywoodbets voucher withdrawal take?
Hollywoodbets' terms say withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request, subject to banking hours. The SMS with the voucher PIN usually arrives with about a five-minute gap between messages.
Can I withdraw voucher-deposited money to a bank account instead?
Hollywoodbets' voucher terms don't say the withdrawal method has to match the deposit method, but they do say Hollywoodbets may ask for FICA documents before paying any withdrawal. We could not test the withdrawal screen without an account, so check the options it offers when you request a payout.
Can I give the voucher PIN from my withdrawal to someone else?
The withdrawal is paid to the account holder only, to the cell number linked to the account. After it is paid, the voucher is yours to redeem at the voucher brand's partners, and Hollywoodbets cannot reverse it. Keep the SMS private.
Does a voucher from a withdrawal expire?
Hollywoodbets' terms say a voucher is valid for three years once purchased, and can only be redeemed at selected partners of that voucher brand. They also say a voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
Who do I contact if my voucher withdrawal doesn't arrive?
Hollywoodbets lists [email protected] and 087 353 7634 for the withdrawals department. Include your account cell number, the amount and the time you requested it. The terms say Hollywoodbets accepts no liability for delays caused by the voucher provider's systems.
