Forgot Your Password?
10bet's reset flow lets you choose how to receive the reset code:
- Tap Forgot password? on the login window.
- Choose Phone or Email.
- Enter your mobile number (with country code) or email address.
- Tap Continue and follow the code you receive to set a new password.
Login Not Working?
- Check you're using the correct login method — 10bet lets you log in with either your mobile number or your email, so try the other one if the first fails.
- Make sure the mobile number includes the +27 country code exactly as you registered it.
- If a reset code doesn't arrive, use the contact us link on the reset screen for support.
