How to Log In
- Go to the official Supabets website or open the app.
- Tap Login.
- Enter your username, email or phone number, then your password. The Supabets login box accepts all three.
- Confirm the OTP if prompted.
Forgot Your Password?
- Tap Forgot Password on the login screen.
- Enter your username, email or phone number.
- Follow the SMS reset link or OTP.
- No SMS access? Contact Supabets support first. It lists physical stores on its store locator, but we have not confirmed which account services they handle.
OTP Not Arriving?
- Check signal and confirm your SMS inbox has space.
- Recent SIM swap or number port can delay OTPs up to 24 hours.
- If digital support stalls, Supabets' store locator shows where its physical stores are; ask support what a store can do before you travel.
Is There an Old Supabets Site?
Supabets' current site has an Old Site link in its top menu. If the new site misbehaves on your phone, look for that link. We checked that it exists on 3 October 2026 and did not use it, so we cannot say what it opens.
One Account, Sports and Tote Together
Supabets built its name on horse racing and tote betting, and that history still shows in how the site is laid out: after logging in, tote and racing markets sit alongside sports rather than in a separate app or a different login. If you're used to a racing-only account elsewhere, there's nothing extra to set up here: the same cellphone number and password cover both.
Can't Get Online? Check for a Store
Supabets lists physical stores on its own store locator (Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and other locations), which matters most when the app itself is the problem. Forgotten your password with no access to your SMS? Ask Supabets support whether a store can help in person. Betway and YesPlay are online-only, so they have no stores at all.
